The heart would cease to beat
The day I lose the dream
My love for her is such
That I will forget this world
And hold the dreams as true
To stand aside from reality
Approach unending sleep
There uhindered by broken hearts
She is, bold and strong
The lady of eternal sorrows
And her king the shade of agony

Don’t Get It
I don’t get it
I don’t know how to get through to you
And I don’t get why people act the way they do
Babe, I don’t get it
No I can’t figure people out at all
Like how do I make a simple phone call?
I don’t get it, I feel lost inside
Why do people say I hide
Ask if I’m angry or depressed
When I neither smiled nor frowned
Why do people put me down?
Like I don’t get why people lie
Or why I can’t be who I am inside
Why am I expected to be like you?
Babe what am I suppose to do?
I just don’t get it
Why I gotta look you in the eye
When I said it hurts a thousand times
Come on now don’t touch me please
I just want to be left as me
But I think you don’t get it
Yeah you don’t get that this is me
And while I’m trying hard you see
I shouldn’t have to change
Just because you feel I don’t fit in
You don’t get it, That I get!
You JUST don’t get it!

Harbour
Look for me in the wind
Stare out into the vast abyss
The breeze is my friend
I’ll be the man that you miss
Like the raging storms before me
And that calm you feel when I’m gone
It all leaves you uneasy, lonely
I knew, we’d grow this way all along
But my heart still yearns and I offer
The safety of my habour to you
Come dock here when your heart is unsure
And I my beloved remain yours true.
Happy New Year’s

Sailor Mars
By Damien Knight
Every moment, every ache,
I feel so broken and alone.
Mars, your love left me dry.
I loved you for my own
I gave you everything.
Believed you to be my Aniya,
You led me carrot on string.
You sweet talked, were a liar.
I worried, fretted and gave care
My devotion was always true.
It was to you I did swear
And you that abandoned me.
I let go Sailor Mars
I have to move with my life
Aniya is out there waiting
I will find her, make her my wife

Fight My Battles
By Damien Knight
I think of my princess
Her dark hair, deep curves.
How she deserves the best;
How I feel like the worst.
Yes, I pushed her away
Mars, she needed me,
I fought just for another day,
Battle in my head, insanity.
I promised her safety
From the monster within.
I’d fight my battle alone
I was certian I would win.
Alas it’s simply another wall
Keeping her at bay.
I will make them all fall
So in my arms she’ll stay.
